Im not sure how I feel about this at all for the cubs fans....for me you can have him but Im not sure he is a good fit.

If he were to be picked up as a 3B coach for whomever the manager ends up being I wouldn't really mind. Sure ozzie is crazy but I'm not really sure how much impact his craziness would have there. He wasn't all that terrible as a manager(had a winning record) and would bring a latin connection that appears to be something the front office favors. That being said, i don't see it happening because it would overshadow the manager some.

I think he would be a distraction for the young players. He is kinda like a fiery version of dusty baker in the sense that he is a players manager. The cubs need someone to make castro and whoever accountable for bad play.
