All the night before stuff is great. All the vitamins and juices are great.
1. Cure if you have unlimited time:
All the vitamin and night before stuff helps. Sleep through as much of the hangover as possible, that is the best "cure". When you wake up decide if you have to puke, if so get it the **** over with before you do anything else. Now re-hydrate, my favorite is Pedialyte Cherry Punch, it's for children, but it's low cal, tastes okay and works faster than Gatorade, which is a fine second choice. The next part can be complicated, while re-hydrating, sweat, profusely. If you are in a hotel hit the sauna, if you have a sauna (congratulations on your success) use it. If no sauna is available, run your shower hot and catch a shvitz. I have been in a situation where the best I could do was thermal underwear, layers of sweats, winter coat, hat, and working out. So sweating the easiest way available. You will notice the feel of your sweat change as the Pedialyte/Gatorade makes it through your system, it goes from being thick and sticky to normal sweat, the viscosity of water. This method combined with the vitamins mentioned in earlier posts will have you feeling better in 3-4 hours, and ready to start again in 6 hours.
2. Limited amount of time to try and get well. Disclaimer This is NOT a cure. It will help you survive in an emergency with out getting high, this is if you have to go to work:
0.5mg of Xanax
1 Maximum Strength Pepcid AC
400-800mg of Ibuprofen
