Ugh, can't stand Sex and the City... however, being the pop culture rat that I am (sometimes) I've heard the term "Manolo Blahnik" and knew it had something to do with shoes, so I looked it up. Actually, had I remembered more clearly the brand Jenna from 30 Rock was wearing knock-offs of last week, I probably would have gone with that.
