my favorite kitchen job from my younger days be the dishes next to being a busser...well at dis seafood place.. id work 4 hours 3 nights a week... get paid dat 2 sumin per hr.. but id tip out like 100+..... great bussing job.. until they started to share the tips across the board ... fucked up that system..... quit afta the change..
but back to d dishes....show me the system.... then get outs me way and leave me da **** alone.... no need to scream sautee pans.. i gets it...... radio blasting, 3 sank scrubing.... the machine.... dish bangings.. would be okay making dem house salads when me first shows up... but once its starts steaming.. leave me da fucks alone
so 11.50 hr.. id take dat.. at least in the next 10-12 years.. afta 50.. ill see if me still have the body for dat trench work.. oh and dat moving back to murica thang... but if im moving back.. weed gotsa be legal for recreational.. colorado it be....
however if you pull me off d dishes for line work more dan once.. 11.50 aint gonna work...
