I've been consistent in how I've graded both GMs. It may not seem that because we are only in year 1. But I've been consistent in valuing two things: the decision making process and the context. Those two things are the most important aspects to me and they always have been.
No one is going to be right 100% of the time. Bad GMs can draft elite QBs that cover their poor decisions elsewhere. Anyone can luck into a great pick. I value making the best decision in real time considering the circumstances. Pace proved that to me. Maybe not you. You view it from a different angle.
I admit I have limited sample size with Poles, but I came across a few red flags early on. It wasn't just one. It was only after seeing multiple that I voiced my frustration. And then I praised him after the draft. I'll learn alot more in seeing how he decides to spend the organizations money and resources this offseason.

I only laugh at this because what did the NFL and the Bills expect would happen? They didn't clear the stands at all so no shit snowballs are going to be coming. It's even funnier in the context of the Le Batard show running with a bit all week about Buffalo not deserving a team because they don't have a dome and no one wants to play in cold weather. I like the Bills, have no problem with them or the Bills Mafia. But it has been hilarious content watching them bite on the troll bait all week.

Even the Bears offensive line would look great with these wide receivers. Tyreek beats his man in less than 2 seconds for the TD. It's just absurd how open they get and so quickly.
