I'm to the point now that I don't care what Almora does with the bat....he's gotta be out there in center. The kid is unbelievable with the glove and anything he gives you with his bat is a bonus.

Been saying for awhile I didn't get why so many were down on him. Think it largely was to do with him not immediately being in the majors a la Schwarber/bryant but he's still only 22. I really think he's going to be this year's kyle hendricks in that coming into the season no one really thought much of Kyle last year

And he's great running the bases too. Been very impressed so far.

Moving closer to the plate has helped Almora

If ever a team can be perfectly fine with a GG caliber CF that isn't great offensively, this team is it.

And that is giving him no credit for any offense,and so far he has hit.

He should start 150 games in CF, but will lose time in favor of Jay, which is a mistake.
