I am thankful that my grandfather is still alive at the age of 88 (soon to be 89). He's the only one who still shows up to Thanksgiving dinner with my parents and myself. So I am thankful for that (My sister stays in Alaska, Dads brother and his wife stay in Massachusetts, and my mom seems to have cut ties with her whole family).

I am thankful that I have a family that puts up with me enough to still live here. Neither of us really want to be here anymore, but it is what it is for now.

Go on...

Version 2.0. What Im really thankful for; Thanksgivings amazing foods that I dont enjoy at any other time of the year, and the few Family members I have. Food thats been cooked from my Gramma to my Mom and onto my Sister. Its good to be the test subject in a family that can cook. Despite hardships, its truely the only time that its forgotten. My Gramma, for always there whether for advice, or in this case, Jays going 360 shopping :)

Absolutely no problem with it, it makes me laugh and be thankful that I have a brain and can think for myself.

Thanks for trying though, play again :)

Does that mean I have no brain? Maybe you should think for me gunzaan maybe then I can be an acceptable human being instead of the piece of trash you view me and others as

We moved to america from the west coast of africa not long ago. It took my family some years to celebrate thanksgiving. Today is nothing special to us but we still eat the turkey, ghana style!

I would say that I am thankful for being here. We came here to get away from all of the bad political things at home. You know it's just as bad here, except that its maybe more stable in the United States. You can not be a human being, and expect an honest and safe life anymore. This is sad for me, and thinking about a holiday like this, makes me angry that so many americans take one set of freedoms for granted(shopping) but give up another set(life ambition.)

Oh and dont get me wrong. I'm not like a hater or anything. I do love it here, but while I'm here, I want to see it better and be a part of helping make it better. Thats all.
