Rough drawing of the game sweaters. Now that they're ordered, get your pages built, bitches.

How does the auction work? Do we have to have cash on hand?

Cash is almost always good - just make sure the serial numbers of the bills you copy/print have DIFFERENT serial numbers!

Checks if I know you.

Plastic- will have my laptop available with an air card so you can pay through our website.

Hello Everyone. The time is quickly approaching for our event on December 3rd. While we all know that this is a big event I don't think many here realize the time and effort being spent by Bob and a few others to make this event a huge success. It really is a monumental undertaking getting an AHL team to allow us time on the ice, arrangements where to meet, food, beverage, marketing, raising donations, jerseys, Chicago Blackhawks, NHLPA, Rockford IceHogs, websites, banners, posters, an auction and the list goes on and on. Why do I mention this?

We want to see this be a big success not only in honor of Tom but for supporting Bob and raising capital and awareness to fight the dreaded pancreatic cancer that has affected many of us. I am asking those that have committed to please make your donation ahead of time or to focus on your fund raising efforts leading up to the event. I say this because I have seen too many times where some get caught up in the excitement, make commitments and then not follow through. We have filled the rosters and there are some even that have been turned away. It would be a shame to see some that have committed and then not follow through. I am hopeful that will not be the case but sometimes like Whiteveo and Jako's father, things happen outside of our control.

I know this event will leave many of you in awe. There are a number of special surprises that will catch you off guard and I know you will walk away from the event and the IceHogs game wondering how it was all put together. There is alot of pride on the line here and some that have gone way beyond what you would think is normal. By the end of the event that will become evident. In the meantime, if I can help locally or any questions that you may have so that I can lessen the burden on Bob, please feel free to contact me or post on here.

Thanks Bob and for those of you attending the event!

In an effort to make one strong consolidated push here at the end, I've merges several of the threads into one here as was suggested. We can use this thread now for all things relating to the game.

Except I'm going to be selfish and leave my equipment thread separate. Because I still need help there. Whiteevo, if you are planning on being there again, any chance I can borrow your skates still?

I could change the tag on the thread, this might be something only IHF can do.
