What's the deal, Bears experts? We always used to be the first team in the league to sign all our boys? And we have fewer picks than ever this year?

I didn’t know @tardigrade played/worked for the Bears.
why don't you take a long wheelchair ride off a short pier, fuckface!
Because I have better things to be doing. Also I’m not buying a wheelchair for a one time thing.
Thanks
You can just roll yourself right on out of my thread, hot wheels
if by guys you mean @CRM 114 I agree. I am about to put him on @dabears70 ignore list.
So the amounts of contracts are set. What about Bears right to not sign a draft pick? Maybe with a tighter roster the Bears want to see more before they sign them? You bring up a good point, because wasn't it Smith that was concerned about the change in the hitting rule?
The money is pretty much a set amount, but the stipulation in the contract are often the problem now.
Hope we do not have the same situation this year, because the top two picks could actually be set back by not participating in camp. WR is a tough position to develop, and it is a deep position, so Ridley would do himself no favors by missing any OTAs or camp. RB, just seems to be a different, it seems like a rookie can jump in a play at a fairly high level, but again he would do himself no favors by missing camp.
Have the Bears ever done that? I'm asking because that just does not seem like it makes sense to draft someone and then not sign them atleast until the first cuts....So the amounts of contracts are set.
