Have you ever had a bad trip?

I was once really big into psychedelic journeys and have been on countless ones. To this day theres a debate over what is more "safe" as far as LSD vs mushrooms
I say lsd every time because i never had an unreconcilable issue but most hippie idiots say mushrooms because they are like natural bro.

It's been years but I was asked to look into a psychedelic vacation and started literally rofling about the vision of me forgetting English or verbal communication or anything and jumping out a window

Happened once out of nowhere. Had so many crazy interactions and altercations on other journeys without feeling like a disabled person. What sort of bad trips have u had?

I had a friend that was having a bad trip on acid. He insisted we leave and I drove us home an hour and half drive while I was tripping balls and he was passed out in the passenger seat most of the ride.
Other than that I've pretty much just had a fuckload of fun.
Talking to dogs at the state park, oblivious of the people walking them. Walking through a shin high bean field in May and coming near a line that looked like the edge of the world but actually turned out to be chest high corn. Sitting leaning on a telephone pole about 40 feet from the railroad tracks watching and listening to trains going by. Lots of other good times.

Thanks but I must ask do u have a bad trip story? I have 4 or 7 but only will share if there are bad trip stories. Props to u I guess if no bad trips stories to share.

When I was younger I always wanted to drop acid and to to Sam's club. I figured all the huge containers of stuff would make me feel like I had shrunk.
Also trip to and at the zoo with a skateboard and a paintball gun.

If you want to trip and are worried about bad trips but still came out ok I say go for it. You've already been there.

Also ofc. I'm not worried about anything lol just thought it would be a fun topic. It's actually in retrospect a Special person topic because it's hard to type about that chit. Especially to ppl who dont have bad trips or any trips.

what a great thread, one I feel like I can really commit to. thanks!

my first time, I took 1 tab... nothing happened, so I took another, and ended up tripping for 18 hours, and I think I am probably pretty dumb, because I didn't have any life-altering experience, just saw lizards and mini-dwarves in the curtains and had to sleep in my parents' office and realize my dad looked like a burrito while visiting my grandmother in hospice the next day, and she just looked like my dying grandmother.

Next time, during the euphoric phase, we were all sitting around a highway underpass and I ran up to the part where the cars go and said I could outrun them and almost ran off an edge to my death.

Then I grew up and got a girlfriend and she said shrooms were melllower. We took some and went to a coffee shop (We were underaged) and Nia Peeples and the Party Machine were playing and Nia was telling me that if I can't dance, I should kill myself.

Acid > Shrooms.

Honestly that is a profession I'm sure. If I wasnt such a square head I'd be one of those. Maybe I will start taking shaman lessons b4 AI takes over

No bad trips. Been to a lot of Dead shows and well... but I was younger then, too.
