Leddy is not on the bench right now apparently. I guess that shot he got earlier really is affecting him.

Got the Canucks tomorrow, going to need him.

that was 2 points that the hawks needed to obtain. Kudos to the hawks for coming into the game not thinking it was going to be a laydown for them and played like they were playing a contending NHL team.

Defense played great, saw a lot of Shots on goal for the CBJs that were LOW LOW scoring chances since the hawks gave them no real chances.

Shaw continues to play well, HE NEEDS TO BE IN FRONT OF THE NET AT ALL TIMES.

Cant really puff out your chest though when the jackets are a -69 G/D which is last in the league.

but its a win.

On being in front of the net at all times. Paraphrasing Bill Murray as (I think Carl) the greenskeeper from Caddy shack ... excuse me, but if you have a forward that stands in front of the net at all times, isn't that forward going to be offsides an awful lot of times?

;).

Really solid game by pretty much all the Blackhawks.

The only one's who I thought had poor games were Bolland and Brunette. Brunette wasn't able to do what he does best and Bolland just made a lot of poor decisions offensively and defensively.

I'm thinking Crawford should go against the Canucks. He is in a groove and needs to be in a playoff match up like the one we should be tonight. Another solid game by Crawford.

Hopefully Leddy is okay to go against the Canucks tonight. Unfortunately, just another example of a player turning at the last minute and putting themselves in a vulnerable position. While it could probably have been avoided by the CBJ player...it definitely could have been avoided by Leddy.

Big game against the Canucks and very happy the Blackhawks didn't look past the CBJ. Two points against the CBJ is worth as much in the standings as two points against the Canucks.
