Hawks to visit the White House March 11th

WASHINGTON -- The reigning Stanley Cup champion Chicago Blackhawks will visit President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama at the White House on March 11.

The visit, at 2 p.m. Chicago time, will see the president salute his hometown hockey greats for their 2009-10 championship season. The Blackhawks will be in town to play the Washington Capitals in a nationally televised game March 13.
