After strong consideration and a lot of mock decisions, I've decided to use Cago's plan. I feel like it gives her the best chance to live the life she wants to live. That will be all.

Good decision, I'll talk to ya when the $1200 runs out, now GO!

It surely is odds are if she returns said money they may even give her a reward and even if they don't feeling good about doing the right thing is reward enough

spend it, get someone fired for their mistake, get sent to collections, and then have a very difficult time ever getting another account/line of credit in the foreseeable future, ftw. :)

luckily it's not me. Cause I'd probably withdraw it as soon as I saw it.

True that. One time I was driving off a parking lot when I realized the attendant gave me $2 extra. I decided to turn around and return that $2 to the attendant. Mind you, this was downtown LA, so it took me about 10 minutes just to backtrack a block, just for two f'in dollars. But you know what, that parking attendant was so grateful and surprised that I returned that. She said she would've gotten in trouble and would have to come up with the money herself. So that kinda made it worth it. Also... good karma.

Not me. I found $20 one holiday season on the floor at Walgreens and I picked it up and proceeded to spend it on shit I didn't want just because.

Good story, good for you.

It reminds me of the last time I went to the dog track. I was standing in line waiting to place my bets. The guy in front of me was being a complete dick to the teller; who was a little old lady. He kept calling out his numbers and changing them as she was typing them into the machine, and just being an asshole in general. He had her completely flustered and on the verge of crying. Finally, the dickhead got his tickets and left. I noticed a small pile of tickets next to her machine and asked if those were tickets that he made her print, but didn't buy, she said yes. I asked what happens to those tickets and she replied, that she has to pay for the cost of them. I thought it was really fucked up being that I witnessed the douchebag in action, and the fact that she's probably only making $8 hr in the first place so I told her I'd buy the tickets. You can't imagine the relief on her face. The tickets ended up costing me like $35 and I didn't win with them, but I made that old ladies night.

Last month I cashed a check and the teller gave me 20 extra. Took it back so it didn't cost her. Was well worth my time. Feels good to do the right thing.

If it was in my checking account I'd transfer it to my savings account just to keep them confused.
