First, I would replace all the iceberg and romaine with Spinach and Kale. Seriously. Add some healthiness with a bunch of chewy, fibrous texture. I like tomatoes, black olive, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, bean sprouts, avocado, mushrooms, red onion.
Salad is my favorite food. Even on the rare occasion when I visit a buffet, my first stop is always the salad bar.
All kale here brother, sometimes mix in some arugula
