This seems an awful lot like trying to say "the Bears missed on the 1 out of 3 QBs drafted top 4 that turned out to look better than Fields" without phrasing it like that, because when you frame it that way its sounds like a stupid thing to say. That doesnt mean Getsy doesnt suck - he definitely does, but the "bears should have drafted Stroud" argument relies on hindsight which no team has when they pick.
