it's cool, it's a declining contract. we're going to pay 4.0 million the first year, the second it's going to be 3.8. We could probably trade him and the charlotte bobcats pick for an expiring.

That doesn't really make a whole lot of sense though. I guess we could trade him next season, but he's already an expiring, so why give up the Charlotte pick for another one? It would be the same value as Kirk's contract anyway...
