We also were gonna get Andy Reid, Kielce, Hill, Etc? Not saying Mahomes isn't great or he wouldn't have been great on the Bears but yeah.

Agreed but this guy isn't a product of the system. He elevates it. He would elevate the Bears and any other team he'd play for.

we have and had adequate players for a QB of his caliber. He like Brady males his teammates better by performing to his highest potential. His skill would have made Nagy seem like Reid. Who was Tampa before Brady got there? Trust me that is the most IMPORTANT position and underrated. Both these SB QBz show the value of this key position. QB IQ goes a long way. Our Defense is as good as Tampa's Why they handle GB we get blown out huh? Bcuz their QB is not a backup being paid to be a starter. Mahomes had swagger day one.

Pretty hard thing to do, regardless of QB. I do think they'd be in the playoffs every year with a legitimate chance to contend.

exactly my point you best the Pack u have auto berth. They been living that dream for a decade then they win a couple maybe and have a SB. We fukin struggle to go even in our division. like I said pray the Lions and Minnesota never draft good bcuz we will replace them quick fast and in a hurry.

The bears org has their head in the sand about the pick. They wouldn’t even say it was a mistake in that presser. Pace told George and Ted Trubisky was number 1 on everyone’s board and no one thought Mahomes would be this good. I noticed last year in the presser Ted said no one expected this about Mahomes but failed to even mention Watson. I wouldn’t be surprised if George and Ted dont know Watson was in that draft class

Kelce and Hill both had 1000+ yards in 17 when the Chiefs went 10-6 and made the playoffs while Alex Smith was still the QB. Mahomes elevated them in 18 from very good to elite.
Bears didnt have 1000yd WR in 17 or 18.
As I said I think Mahomes would have made the Bears much better but he walked into a much better situation in KC.
