As down as I was w/ keeping Silva, I'm just as down w/ getting rid of him. JNTG said it best, when he dubbed his behavior as "bradley-esque"...can't have those sort of distractions, especially from a guy "fighting" for the 5th spot in the rotation.

And bad-mouthing the pitching coach after he was announced to have missed out on a spot.

Makes sense for him to be Bradley-esque though, since he is Milton Bradley as far as I'm concerned, being the direct result of Bradley.

Yeah, that's a good point...I'm glad to finally shed that whole fiasco...tho I admittedly was happy w/ signed Bradley in the first place.

Yeah, that's a good point...I'm glad to finally shed that whole fiasco...tho I admittedly was happy w/ signed Bradley in the first place.

Ya, I liked it too. He had just won an AL batting title and went yard 21 times, so it was hard to complain.

Really, I guess we should've seen it coming. The dude handles pressure about as well as I handle talk of becoming a father.
