Update

Although the Blackhawks still haven't confirmed it, it sounds like Marian Hossa (upper body) is dealing with a concussion. Hossa was injured by Phoenix's Raffi Torres on April 17 and missed the remainder of Chicago's playoff run. "We've had a lot of similar injuries with players in the past, and it's too hard to predict a recovery time on these things," Blackhawks GM Stan Bowman said. "There's no reason to think he's any different than any other player that has that type of injury. We're very optimistic that he's going to be back. We're here in April, and training camp doesn't open until September. That's a lot of time to be rested and prepared and training in the offseason."

Marian Hossa said he's had a concussion before, but nothing like this. Called it the biggest hit he's taken.

Torres also contacted Hossa a week after the hit.

Hossa said he told him he didn't like the fact he left his feet.
