That is not what the article is saying at all. The League office is considered a NFP and so it does not pay taxes but Goodell pays taxes on his salary like anyone else. The article is saying the Republican dude wants Goodell to come before his committee and justify the League's NFP status because he feels the League should pay taxes.

What we need here, is a 180 and go from "rich people don't pay taxes" to "only rich people pay taxes."
