House Oversight Committe May Push NFL to Pay Income Tax(es)

There is just something wrong with the fact the at the NFL is looked at as a nonprofit and has not paid taxes. Why is the NFL an NFP?

That is not what the article is saying at all. The League office is considered a NFP and so it does not pay taxes but Goodell pays taxes on his salary like anyone else. The article is saying the Republican dude wants Goodell to come before his committee and justify the League's NFP status because he feels the League should pay taxes.
