How much people say that Wrigley is a HR park, it sure does take HR away. 99% of the parks Soto double is a HR.

around now, the wind starts blowing out from Wrigley,which makes the ball carry more(though i'm not exactly sure when the when shifts, depends on the year a i guess)

Whether or not Wrigley is a HR park overall is pretty debatable
