How about Deonte Brown, the Bama OL who hasn't allowed a sack in 3 seasons (6'4'', 350)?

If the Bears do go WR first, I would move up to grab him in the second. Really want Cosmi or Slater thought at #20.

EDIT: Pace is going to fuck this up anyway so it doesn't matter

We should be scouting players who can declare for the 2024 draft because that is when the Bears will next have a 1st round pick.

Spoiler: They'll still need a quarterback.

Don't give a shit about the draft or next season. Bears brass wants to act like the fan base are a bunch of idiots?? Fuck them. When they decide to get shit together (never), I may watch again

Linemen this big scare me. Lack of agility, potential for injury and weight problems. Plus the Bears are a zone blocking scheme, I don't think he's a great fit.

B.Nichols should be A.Hicks' replacement.

That's a big no. Nichols gets pushed around waaaay too often. A 3-4 isn't his best scheme fit as well.
Completely different playing styles.

Jackson Carman, Clemson
Daniel Faalele, Minnesota

Plug Carman in at RT next year, then have Faalele develop to eventually replace Leno. Big assets as run-blockers for the ground game (helps Montgomery and any QB).
