Draft start time seems to be 8pm ET - do any of you know if that means that the clock starts at 8pm or is this the start of a show that has a bunch of filler that takes an hour until anything actually happens.

Asking simply because 8pm ET is 1.00am in the UK, so just trying to gauge whether it's worth staying up and watching an hour or so to see how it unfolds or to just wait until Friday morning and watch it on the NFL Network (or just dive in here for the angst and dick ripping as Pace trades up to the four spot and then picks Davis Mills).

Would like to watch live, but I'm not sure I'm committed enough for a 2am start
If I remember correctly, I think the clock starts for the first pick pretty close to 8pm.

I'll never forget being in a Sports Bar in the Crystal Palace Casino in Nassau when Cade McNown was drafted....at the table next to me was an older guy talking to me and my clients, trying to pick one of them up. Turns out it was Maurice Gibb. Lol
That's effing cool...lol

I guess this could be a poll, but there could be quite a few options. For me, I'll probably watch the first round until the Bears pick and then rounds 2-3 same thing. The rest of it I'll just check later to see what they do in later rounds. When it used to be on Saturday / Sunday I would normally have a party, cook, drink beer, etc and watch the whole first day.

What about you? The whole thing? None of it? Somewhere in between?
I know the draft is boring to many but i actually love the draft and to hear what all the "draft experts" say about what's happening with who gets picked where and trades so i'll watch the one on espn and record the one on nfl network so i can go back and watch what i want to see.

I was waiting for this comment. Thank you for your participation.

I usually get a txt from a friend letting me know who the Bears pick. I haven't sat down and watched the draft since Shea McClellin...lol.

I might actually watch it tomorrow tho....up until the 20th pick.

How many hours are you going to spend watching 2 different draft coverages? Like 8 hours?

Probably somewhere close to that but the one i record i don't really watch too much of besides what they have to say about what the Bears are doing and then see what they say about trades and stuff.

I watch the entire thing from start to finish if I can. The draft is like a national holliday for me. I litterally tell clients not to call me during it. (of course most of them are watching too so they already know better)

I'm an adult, I don't need to watch teenagers walk across a stage like a weirdo so I just check Twitter when its over because I have better things to do.
It would seem like someone with better things to do, would not post about having better things to do........... ?

1st round I watch up till the Bears pick/follow on here/social media to watch the dick ripping commence/rip my own dick off, after that I keep tabs on who the Bears pick but don't actually watch or only pay semi-attention if I'm watching.
