I don't think he can survive the playoffs. So if he isn't out with an injury during the ecf he will probably get hurt in that series, just too old.

Everybody pull your panties out of your cracks. He was the right player to bring in out of all of the unrestricted free agents. Tayshaun Prince wasn't going to do shit to help.

Not necessarily true. JRich would've fit in very nicely on this team. He would've given us athleticism at the position, as well as 3pt shooting range (something Rip has never had) & more importantly, he's rarely injured.

Rip had big question marks with his health when he was signed. Rip hasn't played more than 60 games in a season the past 3 years. Now we are seeing why. This guy is pretty much done. When you are getting injured from a simple screen, your NBA timeline is precariously close to the end. He's been an absolute waste since he's been here. Yes the ball moves better when he's on the floor & so forth but he's still missed almost every shot when he's been open. I'm done with Rip. I wanted J-Rich from the get-go & now we are stuck with this decaying, bearded has-been for another year. He needs to amnestied.

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Cubs
  1. Chicago Bulls
  2. Golden State Warriors
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
If Hamilton's passing abilities didn't make the offense look so darn good, I'd probably be wanting to throw him under the bus too. Then again, I've never been one to blame a player for having injuries, as if it was their fault that they got injured. Though I will admit that Hamilton's injury frequency is unlike anything I've ever seen in a season.

Just ask some Pistons fans. I'm sure they've seen it a time or two.

I'm not mad at him because he's injured all the time. I'm just mad because the FO chose to put all their faith into a guy who's barely played a full season combined the last 2 years, when they could've easily gotten a younger, more athletic, & better long range shooter in J-Rich.

Yes, it is definitely frustrating. I've been excited to see what he can bring to this team but we haven't been able to see that just yet. With that being said.. was he the right guy to bring in? Absolutely. This guy is a vet of the game who knows how to win and has won before, when healthy this guy can be extremely valuable to this team. More valuable than anybody else would've been and jesus, don't bring Bogans into this right now. Right now, we're winning. We're fine. Yeah I'm just as frustrated too, but I'm banking on this guy proving to everyone why he WAS the right choice this post-season.

we got the wrong piston :obama:

How in the Hell can Pax get the wrong Piston twice? It just doesn't make sense.
Ben Wallace, and then RIP????? And on top of them dumping there garbage on us, they steal away Ben Gordon and destroy him.

All I can say is, WOW, just Wow, Someone got over.

The Pistons have always hated the Bulls and Chicago.
It probably isn't wise on Pax's part to continue doing business with the enemy or anything Piston related. They will continue to bend Pax over and **** him.

Does anyone even care anymore? Frustrating doesn't even begin to describe him. I'm over the Rip Hamilton experiment. I fucking love what he brings to the team when he's out there, but what good is he doing eating up our cap space. I probably just have a bad taste in my mouth but oh well.

Oh well what?
Bad taste in your mouth?
What are you puting in there? :troll:

I saw it last season.
And yes its not his fault that he got injured.
Its also not his fault that in NBA years he is a senior citizen.

But it is the fans fault and PaxGars fault for expecting Rip to magically turn into 2004 Rip.
Does anyone really believe that Rip going to just start going back up hill?
If you think the Rip situation is bad now, keep in mind that we are witnessing the final crash and burn of Rips career and wwe don't need that kind of depression on our squad.

In a way I feel like this franchise has become his personal retirement home with pay.

I wish Rip well, but I must agree with Uman......Amnesty the old carcus and patiently look elsewhere for somebody that's going to be around for a while and long enough to grow with our core players.
But then again use him in a trade to get somthing back for him, if anyone wants him.
Or package him in a deal for Ben Gordon so he can go back and retire a Piston like he's supposed to.
After all, Detroit loves the guy. Good for both teams.
Get it done PaxGar.

Nobody expected Rip to be 2004 Rip.I am pissed with this situation too now BUT can he play for 5-7 games and keep Wade away from Rose and do to Wade the exact same thing he did to Kobe when they won the championship?Only this.He can score no points I don't care.If he can do this..

And I will be patient with him.I don't want something else from him.If he respects the money he earns and the fans he will be able to do this.

I wouldn't bother with a RIP shirt! We were going to have a few designed but, personally don't think we would even sell 1! He is hurt far too often! Now THIS shirt......... potential!

Sounds good. By the way, that Noah "gunslinger" shirt is nasty!
