Blue Chip to me = HoF career expectations.
Yeah, there are many different definitions of blue chip. Michael Lombardi from NFL Network describes blue chips as top 5 at their position (and red chips are 6-10 at each position).

Going by that definition, is JJ our only blue chip?

Maybe... but since he didn't start out a blue chipper, I think he needs another year or 2 to earn that status.

Agreed. He was certainly a top five CB last year, but not if you look at the last few years as a whole.
