Kosovo has been an independent country for four years. And it said to use common English names hence Burma being acceptable as opposed to Myanamar.

Northern Ireland is part of Great Britain, similar to Scotland, England, und Wales. Not its own country.
Peurto Rico is a US Territory, not its own country.
If it was "name the sovereignty" then yes, include them, but it was "name the countries".

You can not like it (and why would you given your ethnic background), but it has been recognized by this country. For the purposes of this game, I think that is the most important qualification.

What's Kosovo
It was a province in the country that was formerly Yugoslavia. It is made up of a different ethnic group than the rest of Serbia which was the source of some conflict. It was granted autonomy after the US got invovled in the late nineties. It sought independence and was recognized by the US four years ago.

It is a province that has been historically always "part" of Serbia and is the birthplace of the Serbian Orthodox Church, and the symbolic "heart" of everything that is Serbian and is now almost entirely inhabited by Albanian Serbs who wanted independence due to their cultural differences with the rest of Serbia.

uhh..northern ireland is definitely part of the uk...it's classification is variable i think...
then you have to include places like greenland,french guiana,etc...because those fall into the same classifcation
i guess...but if you're going to include these specific territories, you have to include all the other ones as well...
