To be "competitive" a bit and exciting to watch 2-3 years, to contend, 3-5 years.....

3 years....Theo will trade some of the heavier money for prospects that will be ready in 2 years while continuing to draft to build the farm and then sign 2-3 bigger names to complete a competitive team...Thats what I would do....
