Another time, when I was in HS, some friends and I stole $300 worth of beer from a gas station. Basically, we all went in, I slipped in the back and unlocked the delivery door. We all left, then came back like an hour later and filled the back of the car with beer.
Plan was great except the girl working there recognized me and called my friend to tell him she had to narc or the boss would think it was her. So she called the cops. We drove to the place and returned the beer before the cops got there, then took off.
When I got home, a police car was waiting outside. I just walked over and got into the front seat. Cop was a friend of the family. Told me he was gon have to process me and to keep an eye out for a letter with a court date.
Couple months later, I go to court. Judge reads the report and just starts laughing. Tells me to stop being stupid and gives me a $50 fine. I pay that shit on the way out.
Its almost like those laws weren't meant for people like me.
