It's not a strobe and you're your not doing it on purpose(or acting dumb, as if you aren't) to purposefully trigger someone with known photosensitivity, which is more than just despbro(who I don't actually believe had any issues, but if we did, whatever, he's not alone). We have a small group of posters here who have privately pointed out their history with seizures who could very well have a real issue with photosensitivity, just an asshole thing in general to joke about. And no, the answer isn't that they need to just disable all images due to the actions of a few. Heck, the best thing would be to drop the issue altogether and move on.

Better to just let it go. It was a very dark time in Chichity. Followed quickly by a very bright time, that cycle repeated many times rapidly. Afterwards there were bans, accusations, accusations of bans, rumors or war. Once the dust settled , after the strobes had been dimmed, all the seizures had been seized, I learned one important lesson. If you go into Bing Image search and look for flashing GIF's be prepared to be distracted for about an hour.

Ultimately it showed us all how one dim witted attention whore could captivate and control content on a message board.
