I was in a pharmacy for the first time in 2 year, and I noticed some newer brands of multivitamins. Just wondering what some of you guys take, if any, and how you're doing with them.

I have a friend who spends hundreds and hundreds of dollars on vitamins per month. He listens to Ben Fuchs religiously.

I usually only take them in the winter months. Centrum Gummies lol because they are usually the cheapest.

Unless you know what you're deficient in, I'm not really sure buying Vitamins blindly serves beyond a placebo.

For sure. Bread, tomatoes, cheese, meat and veggies. What more do you need?

Fun dominos facts:

That dough is about as much "bread" as it is toothpaste.
The sauce contains 0% tomato.
The cheese contains traces of silicone in it.
The "meat" is the lowest of low quality. a 10 lb bag of italian sausage costs them about $2.
The veggies might be the only thing there that is actually "real"

.... Gross

I see nothing wrong with any of this

Because I eat somewhat normally, I only take them once or twice a week:

TwinLab Daily One Caps (without iron).

They come in capsules, not tablets that pass through your body mostly undigested (aka Bedpan Bullets).

Waste of money imo. Studies show they offer little to no health benefits. Just lighten your wallet.
