a standard freezer packed full of frozen items will stay good for 2 days without power.
i dont have many tips. id recommend having a bugout bag/stock in advance for these scenarios. i've been through about 6 hurricanes iirc. the worst part for me was after the storm and having no power. ive always been inland some though, so the storm lessened a tad. but, no ac in the hot florida humididty sucked.
having a grill that you can cook on with 1-2 tanks of gas on hand helps. charcoal is another route. fireplace if you have one.
stock up on water for drinking but to also hydrate foods that need it.. rice, beans, dehydrated stuff, powders, flours etc
have canned and jar goods ready.
btw you can store eggs outside of a fridge if youre one of those peeps.
i ate alot of pb and j during these times.. even pb and honey..

just a basic preppers kits..
a generator if you really need power.. a solar charger for phone etc..
