Meh, not true for New Orleans. They are pretty much their own entity. The state stopped many years ago. I remember going to a dealers license class and State Troopers were giving the course. Guy asked a question and said he was from New Orleans. Trooper goes yea, there are Louisiana laws and then there are New Orleans laws. They arent the same. Basically, its extremely crooked and its mayhem. lol
