The Cadillac CTS-V Coupe, with a manual transmission.

Ya, ya, ya...BMW M3, Audi RS5, Mercedes C63 AMG etc etc. I am in love with this car, not being able to see behind you issues not withstanding. At least there is a blind spot alert system. I think the look is either love it or hate it....but I want one of these things BAD.

I like those except for one thing; the ass end on is just gigantic and fucking ugly (as has the tail of many GM cars recently). I'm actually kind of excited to see what the C7 looks like in person (again it looks in photos like the designers just gave up when they reached the tailing end of the rear fenders), it's about fucking time they came out with a 'vette that doesn't look like a widened version of a early '90s trans am.

**** that, if you're going to get a big boy car, get a Model S.

Gorgeous in person, there are 3 or 4 in my area.

I'm an Audi guy, but I can't wait to see one of those in real life.

My lady and I are in a debate- I want the XLR and she wants the new camaro (rad) or a Nissan Z (can't stand em).

I like the CTS, but the XLR is just..... well......

Too bad they killed it.

I like the XLR, but at that point...why not just buy a vette? :) I'm not a fan of the Nissan Z's either...although I do like the older models. My neighbor has a 300ZX twin turbo in mint condition. Still hasn't let me drive it (he's smart).

Same. Rumor has it they are going to pull a CTS model in that style direction as well....

Interior wise, I love Audi's above about everything. My only issue is exterior style on most of their models. Not nearly aggressive enough for my taste. Except for the R8...and that's a bit of a dream at this point in my life :)

Do they still make Escalades?

That's my dream car.

Avoid the new Camaros like the plague man. Sure they look cool, but they weigh a fucking ton (and drive like it), their platform is an outdated PoS (same chassis as recent Caprices, the Daewoo Veritas, '07 Buick Park Ave, Luminas, and a whole host of other shit-mobiles), the sight-lines out of it are crap (feels like you're driving in an armored personnel carrier), and so on. It's rumored that in the next few years the next gen. Camaro won't be on the Zeta platform, so maybe take a look then.

Fugly. The front end is awkward and messes up the whole car. I don't like cars where the wheel well and tire take up too much vertical space. It makes the makes the front tire look larger than the rear.

Tesla cars are art meets performance. Their Model X looks good and is something I'll keep an eye.

Hard to find a car that can touch the CTS-V for 65K... Very serious bang for the buck....
Drove a CTS for a few days... new loaner... liked it quite a bit...
Great stereo... Handled great... Quiet... fun to drive... and that one wasn't a V...

That caddy does nothing for me... Not a fan of the angular design.

Yeah I love it. About time an American automaker started actually pushing new engineering and design, that and the S is fast as hell. GM, Ford and Chrysler need to pay more attention.

Well, it gives nvan a boner!

It most certainly does! 556hp + a 6 speed manual + a car that rides on rails = boneriffic. Only thing I won't be able to pass is a gas station.
