We're still the same team from last year. We're getting better and we're still contenders. With vengeful Rose coming back, we'll be unstoppable.

We are not the same team & we are not better. We are worse. I was never a fan of Watson or Lucas, but the team has already let 2 of their top 3 3pt shooters go & are poised to let their best (Korver) go as well. We were 4th in 3pt % last year thanks to these 3 players. Without them, the rest of the team shot 33% from 3pt. That is seriously going to hurt us this coming season.

I just hope they take the 8 seed. That way our NBA Finals start in the first round vs. Miami. If we win, we should coast through the East. If we lose, pick #15 or #16 won't be too awful.

How the hell do you figure that?

This board is absurd and had such tunnel vision on Miami because of pure jealousy that they are unable to see what the rest of the league, and teams in the East are doing.

It's cool that you're being realistic and such, but just because a person has a different opinion you don't have to be pissed about it.

I'm not angry..just somewhat astounded(still) about hot deluded this fanbase is.

Because outside the Heat, the East is soooooo good?

If this Bulls team managed to get past Miami (big if), damn right I like them over the rest of the conference.

Go ahead and give me another negative....like IGAF. Some posters at this site need to put a tampon in.

Yeah, not sure if you've been paying attention but Miami is going to be better, Boston will be healthy and still pretty good even with the loss of Allen. Brooklyn is obviously going to be really good. New York will be much improved under Woodson and have added Kidd and will have brought back Lin and JR Smith. Indiana isn't going to regress.

Yeah..the East is looking really fucking good next year.

You shouldn't.

You're being a homer.

LOL at this coming from the guy complaining about negative rep.

Again, the tunnel vision this board and fanbase have on Miami is sad.

Some sorry pitiful excuses for fans wanting to tank the season and get a high pick. Make sure you tell the players and coaches that when you see them, "hey lose it you slugs we're rooting for the draft before you even hit camp".

There's no chance they win the division but they'll end up 4-5th seed. I think quite a few of you underestimate the defense they bring every night since you study basketball in 15 second clips on YouTube. Check back in in April and we'll see who was the big know it all.

It just sucks that this year would be a crappy year to tank. Honestly that's probably a more fruitful route longterm than trying to go for a 2nd round exit this year. At least we could add to the team via draft because we know we're not gonna get anyone useful in FA. It wouldn't be giving up the season, it'd just be a strategic move for the future...or at least that's what we'd all say. :smug:

I'd watch nonetheless.

Why am I supposed to give a flying shit about a worthless season? The Bulls have ZERO chance at a championship next year. I would rather see them use these next two years to free up cap-space and gaining draft picks to see them move forward.

And, no, the Bulls are probably not making the playoffs.

Rose is out for months and will not be 100% even when he does get back.

Deng will be out for months or not at 100% either.

Rose makes this team what it is. With him gone, they are going to struggle mightily.

I think my 2k12 my player will be 10000x more interesting than the Bulls' season.

I'm a little confused. I watched this Bulls team without Rose in April and May against a pitiful 76er team, and the Bulls could only muster up one win without Rose.

How do you figure the Bulls got better by losing Watson, Brewer, and perhaps Omer Asik without really replacing them?
