Never used it myself. I roll with Redbox and the library.

X, I would get the streaming-only option from Netflix. Great for tons of movies and TV shows.

I wouldn't get the disk rental part. I'd use Redbox.

That's what I plan on doing. do you have Netflix?

I've got an XBox 360, a Wii, and an iPad...can I have one Netflix account but watch whatever I want on all 3?

I think that's fine, but for 360 I think you need a Gold account. I watch on the Wii and on my laptop or iPhone. Conceivably if you have just one account you can watch anything you want on different devices but I've never actually tried it :D

The streaming, most definitely.

Use Redbox for your disk rentals though.

Don't plan on using any disc rentals, honestly...why would I need to if I can stream movies whenever I want?

New releases and certain other movies may not be available for streaming yet. That's the only reason.

Gotcha.

Thanks man...

My wife and I try to get each other something small for Christmas (spent $15-20 on each other for Christmas last year...) and since we don't have a DVR, Netflix seems like a good option until we get DirecTV in April.

Ok, another question. I've NEVER seen anyone use netflix. We would use it primarily for the TV shows in lieu of movies. Are the TV selections good?

Yeah. You can watch "Breaking Bad" for example. I've been using it to catch up on "MacGyver" and "Doctor Who" :D
