I agree with Spartan here, if that chick wasn't famous no one would know her or think she was the "hottest girl in the world." I think there are hotter girls than her, so what?
Plus looks aren't the same for everyone. I know people who think certain girls are 10s and I don't find them that attractive. It's all subjective. I think 90% of the Victoria Secret Models are fucking gross. They're like twigs. But others find them as perfect 10s. See? Subjective.
You can't bash someone for not finding someone to be the "SEXIEST GIRL ALIVE" even if a million people voted for her (which I'm sure was a multiple choice poll, which doesn't really prove anything for that matter). Beckinsale is hot as hell, but not even close to the sexiest girl I've ever seen. Her forehead is pretty big too lol.

Yeah honestly, banging a Beckinsale type isn't that difficult provided you can contain your ego. Simply law of averages. Hit on enough hot girls and sooner or later you are going to run into one that responds to your particular game, is feeling vulnerable, or simply just wants to ****. The percentage success rate simply differs depending on the guy and you just gotta be able to brush off a lot of rejection.
The problem for most dudes is their ego doesn't allow them to deal with all that rejection so they have to settle for what they can get without as much effort. For me, I started out as a high volume, low average hitter that ended up banging a lot of hot chics because I had no problem brushing off the rejection to a low volume high average hitter where I have to pick my spots because my ego has increased with age.
