Ideal Offensive Philosophy

After watching our Bears get beat down by the Eagles and reading the linked article below about their offensive identity (starting with big, physically dominating linemen), this is the exact offense I'd love to see the Bears become.

Not sure that DeFilipo is ready to be a HC, but if you could get him as an OC under a HC with a similar style he could bring some/all of that offensive philosophy with him. I'm not on the Reich bandwagon based on what I've read about him - pass happy, not an alpha personality, etc.

The article just explains how much of a badass Jim Schwartz is as a DC and how great the offensive line has been even without Jason Peters.
