What about best single post. I was reading the Lovie discussion and thought not only a good post, but great comments in there on the topic. It was a great read, so the award wouldn't go to a person, but a single post. Not necessarily the most replies, but just like a quality award for a topic.

This is what I would vote for. Except I would replace fan with poster.
I would also vote for some sort of way to distinguish how many times a poster won the award. Maybe something like making it bronze the first time. Silver the second, gold the third and platinum for the fourth time?
