Lets say he was a free agent right now, how much would he get? If a bum like Ryan Hollins could get 3 yrs 7 mil what would Noah get? say a 3-4 yrs 20-25 mil range?

i'd say around the midlevel exception. you ought to sign him simply for his potential. he's only played for 2 years.
