I really like the idea of bringing in Byron Leftwich with Joe Horitz!

Wow! Now, that would be a good team for years to come.

A wee bit overdramatic. I'm so here for the dickripping when the pick isn't the flashy trade-up and the bears stay at 20 with the BPA that's not a QB...

If the bears fail to add a QB tonight, Andy Dalton still is the week 1 starter unless he gets hurt in camp/preseason--meaning Foles is the starter.

If the bears fail to add a QB tonight, the sun will still rise tomorrow. The bears can still get a QB tomorrow or Saturday *gasp* for development because this year's Paxton Lynch/Christian Ponder/Dwayne Haskins/1st rounder wouldn't be on the field anyways unless there are multiple injuries.

McCaskey loves Ryan Pace and it seems like he takes some blame from Pace about the Trubisky trade. There is zero i repeat ZERO indication that his job is on the line.

Well if they don't draft a QB at least I can get my popcorn and watch Windy melt down.

True. I would be total organizational incompetence.

We would have kept a coach, GM, and expensive aging defense, so we could punt on the season.

You can fire Pace as soon as the top 5 QBs are picked if one of them is not a Bear.

Didn't you adopt the Bears?

As a fan? Yes, I started watching every game in 2003 when Israel Idonije signed.

At this point I am too deep.
No you're not. You could easily ditch this group, and find yourself a better franchise to root for. Why make yourself go crazy?

Remember when people wanted the bears to draft leftwhich 4th overall in 2003? I was wondering what happened to that guy. Guess he is a coach now.

The same guys that excused Mitch for years because "no one could play behind this line," will be the same ones ripping their dicks off tonight when we draft OT Teven Jenkins.
I want a QB as much as the next guy… but if they can’t get one tonight and they pick Jenkins I’d be more than happy.

He isn’t flashy but he’s a solid pick at a position of need who will play football for a long time.

Isn’t the 2nd round tomorrow, lol. Draft the next LT and get Mills in the 2nd. Give him a year to sit the bench aka Rogers and Mahomey!
