Talking about trading Rose is lame. He's still brand new in the NBA and yes, is recovering from an injury. Also, he's from Chicago! Where's your pride!

You guys are acting like CNN or Fox News looking for the new sexy story.

I wonder if we could trade Rose in a package with Tyrus and Salmons for Chris Paul at this point.

That Paul trade could sadly become a possibility for NO if they continue to suck. And Rose if my favorite player in the league i would hate to trade him. But as in terms of his value yea, hes an extremely over rated player as of right now. The reason this start has scared me is because most super starts improve a lot from year to year to reach who they are now. Having a minor ankle injury is not effecting Rose's turnovers or his jumpshot. Cant blame all his bad play on his ankle. Im eager to see how Rose's work during the off season has paid off and I am yet to see that on the offensive or defensive end yet and I hope hes back to normal form soon. But by the way Rose is being marketed he is being treated like a sure fire superstar, he may not even be an allstar. I do believe he will be an allstar but its nothing is garenteed. By the end of this year we will probably know if Rose is going to be a all star or a superstar. I was really hoping to see Rose improve this year on obviously his defense, his ability to draw fouls, and further development to becoming a respectable 3 point shooter. If Rose can prove these to me by the end of the year then I will call this a successful year for him, but If he and his numbers show barely any improvement then I would much rather have the 3 players I named who if they continue there play now have just as much upside if not more than Rose

That would be ridiculously good value. Then we look to dump Deng and/or Kirk for room to get LeBron as well ...

Hell No. I think Rose is a better prospect than Westbrook, Evans, and Jennings. I like Westbrook because he brings a defensive intensity that Rose has to develop, but overall I'd stick with Rose. Jennings and Evans are guys hat are having a good start to their NBA careers. Unfortunately, the book is going to be written about how to stop these guys and then we'll see them struggle. I think people will free pretty silly when the second half of the season comes around and Jennings and Evans come crashing back to earth.

I would curb expectations of Rose being a superstar until the Bulls get that star frontcourt players that he can play off. If the Bulls could sign either Bosh, amare or Boozer, you will then see Rose turn into that all star point guard.

I'm as impressed with Brandon Jennings as the next guy, but I'm not going to worry about Rose's early slow start. Jennings 55 is is eye-popping but it was against Golden State. But he's been great so far.

Rose will be fine. You take away the best shooter on the team and it changes things. Especially when Hinrich and Salmons aren't scaring any defenses right now.

You need one or the other, a guy to extend the D or a legit scoring threat inside to open the lane for Rose. The Bulls let the shooter walk and they still don't have the legit inside threat. So points will be harder to come by for Derrick for now. And when he improves his jumper that will help too. He'll be fine, I'm not worried. Nor would I trade him for any other PG right now.

I would, in a hot second...Chris Paul? That is a bad, bad man...and he doesn't need good shooting to be an allstar...he has elevated his game actually in response to his teammates' bad play. That is a no brainer.
