OKC Thunder may be the best pick.. Not only do they have youth, but they have a fantastic stadium and great fans.....theres not much more to do in Oklahoma other than watch the thunder and do meth.

I'd buy the White Sox. Hire the best scouts, best GM and manager. Build up the best damn farm system in baseball and give Chicago a perennial WS contender.

Bu bu but Chicago has the Cubs?I'd buy the White Sox. Hire the best scouts, best GM and manager. Build up the best damn farm system in baseball and give Chicago a perennial WS contender.

Buying the Bills
I would buy the Bills and relocate them to Los Angeles, use the City Money to build a stadium, hire Dom Capers as the head coach, Kevin Green as assistant/defensive coach and hire Ron Wolf's son to run scouting department (Draft and develop philosophy) and give the team 2-3 years to gain a few fans, then sacrifice a little revenue to make the games more affordable- while increasing the cost of sky/press/luxury boxes.
Packers will forever be my favorite NFL team, but taking the Bills out of Buffalo is imperative- they struggle to stay profitable because of the struggle they fight in trying to gain more financially loyal fans compared to the New York teams; which take a lot of the NFL money from that area.
If the Bills were unwilling to sell I would definetely attempt to purchase the Bulls/White Sox because they are the best team in the NBA.
... Oh yea, I would draft Anderw Luck to build the offense around. Or trade for Matt Flynn (I really like his determination.)
