Of course it could be. Let's face it, it is going to be pretty much impossible to win every single shootout. Flat out unrealistic.

All the complaining about the Blackhawks shootout record (0 - 2) at this point is ridiculous and it seems people are complaining just for the sake of complaining.

Personally I think that if you really like shootouts that much -why not just get rid of the 65 minutes of play that leads up to it - you could have like 4 shoot outs a night, only pay like 6 players .... and play whay 320 'games' per season...

It's be just like that old video game NBA Jam ....





but it still wouldn't be hockey (channeling Toe Blake now -since I forgot about him the last time I had an 'Old Time Hockey' thing going...
