i dont think we would trade boozer, but i'm just throwing it out there. Taj has played exceptionally. So much so that i can't imagine a 2 guard, that's making a low enough salary, that we could justify a trade him for the guard. The only possible team that might have a guard good enough is memphis, with oj mayo. I can't see that happening.

OJ Mayo isn't that good, there's no way I'd consider trading Boozer for him (even if the salaries could be made to match).

i can't think of anyone that isn't making significant cash that you'd trade taj for. Seriously if denver was cool with it, i'd trade boozer for melo, and deng for kevin martin. Taj is just playing out of his mind. The only concern with him is the injury history.

But even with his injury history he's only missed 1 game and that was tonight. Hes a tough SOB but i guess youre right about the good SGs making significant money. I heard something on ESPN1000 today about OJ Mayo being on the block. He would need a new contract by next season i think though.

i meant taj. People have to understan that we either have to package korver with another big contract, or trade him up right. If we trade him w/o sending some1 else, we can't get a gaurd back whose making more than 3 or so million. I think taj's contract is a million something, and we're a 1.5 under the cap. I can't think of anyone you'd trade taj for that's making that amount of cash.

I guess we could package korver/brewer with taj, but i can't think of any shooting gaurds worth their contract and worth giving up taj gibson and other pieces. Salmons is over paid. J-rich has no defense. Johnson is unconsciousable. we can't afford martin. Gordon is overpaid. Eric gordon is pretty much untouchable.

I wouldn't trade Taj for Mayo. Mayo just isn't very good, he doesn't draw fouls, he's not a big time scorer, he's just a decent smallish jump shooter without point guard skills.

Trouble is there's really nobody I would trade Taj for that we could reasonably get for him. You want to upgrade talent when trading big for small, but the guys who are an upgrade have big contracts like you say.

The only way I'd trade Taj is if we could package him and Deng for Melo. Taj is a good player. We have a very underrated team. Lots of talent but they dont have complete games together to where it shows and win 7 or 8 in a row.

When Boozer comes back, we'll see a tough team and a whole 48 minutes.

This was a very interesting last few minutes of this game (I actually watched :D).

The problem with NBA basketball is the league gives teams FAR too many timeouts. Maybe one day if they fix that, I'll watch it more....Jesus Christ the last couple of minutes dragged on forever.
