It's conceivable that no matter how good your defense is that the other team just hits shots as in the Knicks game. Likewise from the Nuggets perspective it's possible they'll get good shots and just miss them and fail to outscore the Bulls (ie lose).

The best team doesn't always win, the frog doesn't turn into a prince and there is no Santa Claus.

i feel you ....... almost nothing has gone right since we got rose but we gotta take it 1gm at a time (sounding like pookie) every game we get better. but a loss is a loss there are no moral victories we need to step it up & close these games like we start "most" of our 2nd 1/2's

I really don't like the way Rose is just taking those jump shots a couple of feet in from the three point line, it's not a high efficiency shot no matter how good your mid range game is, need to throw the ball around a bit and try to get something better.
