Lefty - if we get rid of Noah and Deng for Carmelo, who is going to play Center?

You're right, you got me. It is completely impossible to find some big dope to stand under the basket in the NBA. Silly me.

He's way too hilariously full of fail for that ;)

Puh-lease. You wouldn't know intelligence if it sat on your face and queefed.

But it was in OT, by single digits. That's the difference.

But wait a minute, wasn't it you, after the Thunder game, that came out with some shit like "we wouldn't have won this game with Melo"? That is the same exact thing, but somehow when I do it I am "full of fail". Interesting.

I can tell that you're all jazzed up that you think you've found some inconsistency in my points, and I really can't blame you after having the same done to you for a good month, but let me clear something up:

The outcome of tonight's game is irrelevant, at least when talking about Melo-Noah. Their respective team winning or losing tonight more than likely would not hinge completely on the contributions of either player, so only a complete dullard would bring up the overall outcome of a game--in which the main focus (at least from the Melo-Noah perspective) was the play of some select individuals, not the team as a whole--and try to apply it to a breakdown of the play of those respective individuals.

So, nice try, but like most everything you say: way off-base and completely irrelevant.

As for your perception of a contradiction in use of sample sizes on my part, just go on ahead completely ignoring the fact that thus far I have used nothing but statistics garnered through significant sample sizes to reinforce my arguments on this issue time and time again. I mean, hell, your stupidity has lead you to disregard actual truth in the past, so why should it stop you again, right?

Yep, Rami, it was you. After the loss to the Thunder, you had this to say:

Noah went 18 and 19 with 2 asts, 2 stls, and 2 blks...

There is NO WAY Bulls fans should want to give up Noah for Melo... I guarantee they would have lost the game with Melo in Noah and Deng's place.

Weird, huh?

^I believe the game you are referring to was the DET game, seeing as they lost the OKC game. And I stand by that statement.

The difference is that I didn't contradict myself, and you did.

Sorry, bud.

How exactly did I contradict myself, again? Did I try to extract some great meaning from one game that I am unaware of? And if so, was that meaning not also extrapolated from larger data sets as well?

The fact that you threw in un-provoked stats about Deng and Noah is enough to conclude that you contradicted yourself.

And, yeah, I still believe what I said. The Bulls would likely have still lost the OKC game if that trade had been made. And probably by more points.

The difference is that I wasn't the one talking about how it is 'bs' to use small sample to measure a player. And here you are rolling Deng and Noah's stats together believing that it somehow proves your point that the trade should be done.

ps-
the final score of a game is a stat, too.

When did I say that definitively about the stats put up tonight? Please link me to the post. And also, has that point not been derived from career marks which are of significant sample size? Now you're not even answering my questions, just making up even more stupid shit and saying "ZOMGZ SEE YOU CONTRADICTED YOURSELF!!11#$%@1"
