He's bad, but the people left out there aren't really any better. Really who do want starting, Wally sczerbiak? We either draft a shooter next year, or we trade for some1 next year. Otherwise both brewer and korver are more than capable players.
plus just think about it. Rose is a good player. Boozer is a good player. Taj is shooting and playing really well. Deng can be a pretty good player. You want those guys to get their shots. In our STarting lineup, How much room is there for shooting between Rose-Deng-Boozer-noah? Noah gets a lot of hustle poitns, but he also gets drunks and post shots. Boozer needs his shots. rose needs his hots. Deng isn't a terrible 3rd option. How many do you want your 2 guard taking?
The most i ask for this team's 2 is to defend, Hit wide open 3's at a good percentage, Take open jumpers at a good percentage,handle the ball when rose is being over guarded and facilitate good ball movement.
If kirk hinrich wasn't a terrible shooter, i'd be all for him.
Courtney lee is interesting, because he wasn't terrible with the magic, but he was god awful with nets. I duno, i dont see the rockets moving him, and i dont see us giving up anything for him.
