After a long layoff following Saturday night's 4-1 throttling of the New York Islanders, the Hawks head out east for a matchup with that team that once made it to the 2010 Stanley Cup Finals but lost to some other team that I can't remember the name of ... or something like that.

Was Garbutt on the top line on Saturday night? Don't recall that.

I thought the game started with Shaw at one, but they switched mid game.

We are starting the way we finished.

You know...Garbutt with the ones doesn't make initial sense but when making my billion line combo's this off-season I never knew what to do with Garbutt, or who to slot at 1LW.

So....from a chemistry standpoint it might make alot of sense. He has the speed and skating to give you value there, experience not to play dumb. I'm not sure I like him better than Shaw, but I like that 4th line best with Shaw at wing.

I'm most stoked to watch the third line. I think the second line is a winner, in time if you can't answer 1LW you slide Panarin or Kane up to it, maybe slot Bickell back with Kane and introduce Dano to the third line next to Teuvo.

I'm tired of speculating cuz it seems like we have the perfect team to mix it up even more than before which was already all the time. This team can start whoever it wants, we have enough talent to slot 3.5 bottom 6 lines of about the same ability.

The only issues to me is Hossa is finally long in the tooth based on production lulz last year,
