How is that any different than any of the last three seasons? Since we hired Thibs, this team has been nothing but injury prone with lots of key players missing significant time. He needs to go and take this wack medical staff along with him.

Its the same core weve had since Thibbs has been here.......the Noah-Boozer-Deng-Rose-Thibbs campaign experiment had FAILED.........A FAILURE ON PAXGAR MAINLY.......Remove them all from the top to bottom......Until the dismantlement actually takes place, the mediocre(or worse) Era will not end................Derrick should not be the center piece anymore......dude cant even open his mouth or create any dialog with other stars around the league, therefore he is a useless recruit......Not only that, but how can he recruit now?..No major free agent is gonna listen to a ball player whos uniform is a suit and tie.......The only guy Derrick is capable of recruiting right now is Justin Timberlake....
