Meh.

I was in the minority. I felt like the Bulls could lose this one and be okay. Just to preserve the Bucks spot in the standings. IMO, that's more important long term. Plus, it wakes the Bulls up and gets them more prepared for that series, if they get the matchup in the first round. IMO, the most ideal matchup, because they will have the least amount of travel.

It really amazes me how the Bulls are able to suck against these bad teams again and again this year...

Milwaukee was playing desperate ball, we were playing the stay healthy game. Except Jimmy, Jimmy still went hard.

Sounds logical to me, if we can squeak into that 3rd spot and matchup with the Bucks, they're going to be the ones that are far more banged up.

Milwaukee is a .500 team... Not great by any measure.. but its not like they lost to the Sixers.

I disagree Crys, I don't see why the Bucks are so much more desperate than the Bulls here. The Bulls gave up the 3rd seed and the ability to send a message to the the Bucks. Now, if the Bucks do meet us in the playoffs, they are going to think they can beat us. I expected to see the Bulls come out on fire this game. It's not a good sign, imo.

OH NO! THE BUCKS BEAT US IN ONE REGULAR SEASON GAME BY 4 POINTS. WE NEED TO BE SCARED.

Remember when the Bulls swept the Heat in 3 regular season games in 2010-11 and then lost the series 4-1? Yeah.. Regular season don't mean jack shit.

The only thing the Bulls lost was the 3rd seed. There is zero doubt the Bulls would still beat the Bucks and probably beat them solidly.

Let me give you another example...

2011, March, the Bulls played the Pacers.. the whole team minus Rose played like garbage. Pacers won in OT after Rose fouled out. Were people saying "OMG WE COULD HAVE POUNDED THE PACERS INTO SUBMISSION BUT WE DIDNT AND NOW THEY WILL THINK THEY CAN BEAT US IN THE PLAYOFFS". No. The Bulls won the series 4-1.

Hey listen man, I hope you're right. But for me, I expect the Bulls to end the season on a high note, and for me, that starts with winning games we're supposed to. The Bulls have under performed all years in these types of games. That worries me going into the playoffs.

I realize Rose is coming back yet, and the Bulls are getting the roster intact as well for the first time in a while. I would just like to see some more intensity and desperation my team, the Bulls, and not from teams like the Bucks.

The Bulls had one part of the season where they strung together approx 10 wins or so from memory. Otherwise, they have been very inconsistent, all year! Again, this worries me in a 7 game series.

I hope the Bulls can get the 3rd seed back. While I hate the wizards and want revenge, I feel like the bucks will be the easier matchup for us. Plus in the 2nd round we could either get cleveland or a chance for revenge against the heat

I agree you have every reason to worry... But I wouldn't worry about a team like the Bucks. The Bulls beat them 3 games otherwise this season. And handily in many of them. I'd read more into that than this one game. I understand you want momentum going into the playoffs, but honestly that really means nothing going into the playoffs either.

I was at the game....It was 60/40 Bulls fans- even more than usual at the BC.

Jo doesn't look the same at all...very little energy from him and I fear we will get very very little from him the rest of this year. He came out with some great passes- but even defensively he was late on his assignments much of the time. I know I'm preaching to the choir here, but it was even more obvious in person.

Hopefully #1 can stay on the floor when he gets back as Brooks CAN'T play against this Bucks team for more than 10-12 minutes a game or it will be a long series. Kidd exploited Brooks every trip down the floor. Whether they threw it inside to MCW or just isolated whoever he was guarding and they just shot over the top of him....hes a defensive liability and the Bucks know it more than anyone.

While I thought it would be a nightmare to have Niko at the 3 while Giannis was in the game and had to defend him....Niko did great against Giannis. Niko just did everything he could to keep Giannis in front and used his length to make Giannis go over the top. This may have to be how you guard Giannis....with 4 men. He just muscled Dun wherever he wanted to, but Niko could guard him. Now whether Niko could again is anyone's guess, but I fully expect Taj to get a look at Giannis a lot should these two match up in the 1st round.

No one can justify playing Hinrich over ET anymore...healthy or not. ET should be getting ALL of his minutes as Kirk is finished (has been for a while).

If the Bulls would have made one or two of their 10 WIDE OPEN UNIVERSAL missed 3s...they win last night. While I love what the Bucks have done/are doing....Bulls in 5 at worst should those two play in the 1st Round.
